Payson Park House in Inwood Hill Park on Dyckman Street in Manhattan. I haven't found anyone listed as the architect but if it wasn't Embury himself, it was somebody he supervised[1].

Inwood Hill Park - Payson Playground, NYC Department of Parks: "NYC Parks acquired this site in 1925, but the playground was not actually built until 1939, under the administration of Parks Commissioner Robert Moses (1888-1981). During this time, the beautiful stone park house that stands near the playground was constructed.
